There are hundreds of plans from dozens of providers. West Point Power takes the hassle out of choosing which of these plans is right for you. West Point Power uses advanced technology to sort through all these plans and pick the best one for you based on your usage.

It depends on which plan you choose.

West Point Power chooses the best plan for your home. We takes care of enrolling you and then managing your account over the life of your plan. One of the most important services is that we make sure you don’t miss your expiration date and have to pay for out of contract rates – usually many cents higher. Our simple goal is to make certain YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT YOUR ELECTRICITY BILLS EVER!!

West Point Power, is owned by West Point Power, LLC. West Point Power LLC provides retail energy products and services to residential and business customers throughout Texas.

West Point Power, is a membership service which provides paid subscribers (“Members”) access to our technology-based automated energy shopping, purchasing, advice and analytics platform. Wes Point Power utilizes automated technology to search online for energy plans for you based on the information you provide, and to enroll you automatically on a plan with a retail energy provider.

By making West Point Power your agent, you are authorizing The West Point Power to take the following actions on your behalf:

Act as your electricity broker
Shop for your Retail Electric Provider (REP) and your electric plan
Select and enter into one or more agreements for retail electric service with REP(s) on your behalf
Access your account with each REP with whom you have an account
Obtain copies of your REP payment and billing history
Establish and modify your payment information with the REP, including but not limited to your credit/debit card information and/or automated clearing house (ACH) information with each REP with whom you have an account
Obtain your energy usage information from your current or previous REP, utilities, and Smart Meter Texas
Take such other actions as may be reasonably required to carry out the foregoing acts, in accordance with West Point Power Terms of Service

A member can cancel their membership at any time by contacting info@westpointpower.com. If West Point Power, is not giving the member the benefits that were depicted

West Point Power, protects and maintains your data. Your personally identifiable information is maintained for two years after the end of our contracted service period to provide access to our tools and services. After two years, your personally identifiable information is anonymized and the anonymized data is maintained for data analysis and historical reporting.
